Refund policy

Our Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy on all Formulogic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How To Start A Return
Email us at formulogicc@gmail.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs of $5.99 are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. Email formulogicc@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item email us at formulogicc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we will send the correct item immediately at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: opened or used products, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, gift cards, and final sale items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
